Steve Goodman is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of EvAl Home Care Solutions. Steve has vast experience in healthcare and has acquired six nurse registry home care companies in the past few years. Steve has a proven track record of leading organizations to unprecedented growth while building cultures that drive employees and sales teams to thrive. He is an authentic leader and change agent able to recruit high-performing team members while inspiring them to produce optimum results in pursuit of organizational goals. Prior to Eval Home Care Solutions, Steve served as the CEO of Welcome Wagon, an iconic advertising and media company that spanned the US and he propelled the company to unprecedented growth. Before Welcome Wagon he Founded and was CEO of Home Greetings, a direct marketing company that was sold to a large national media conglomerate. He began his career with Xerox and Pitney Bowes in key sales, marketing and management positions.
Kim Goodman is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of EvAl Home Care Solutions. Kim is a Registered Nurse and senior healthcare executive with an extensive background in all aspects of patient care to optimize home care delivery. Kim is responsible for EvAl’s compliance and clinical departments, as well as client care coordination and the recruitment of care providers. Kim has vast healthcare experience which began at Boca Raton Regional Hospital as a surgical nurse, advancing to multiple units. From Boca Regional, she became the supervisor of the ambulatory care unit at Bethesda Hospital. With her strong background, she moved into home healthcare first for an agency, followed by one of the largest Nurse Registries in Florida, where she also served as a case manager. Kim is well versed in all aspects of home care including Long Term Care policies, client and caregiver matching and medication management She ensures that all areas of EvAl companies comply with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
Matt Nehoda serves as Chief Financial Officer at EvAl Home Care Solutions, bringing over a decade of financial leadership in healthcare and enterprise management. With a career spanning roles from Controller to CFO at organizations such as Active Day, Matt combines strategic vision with hands-on financial expertise to guide EvAl’s fiscal growth and operational excellence. A Certified Public Accountant, Matt holds a degree from Delaware Valley College and is based in Boca Raton, Florida.
Patrick O’Reilly brings over 25 years of financial leadership to his role as Controller at EvAl Home Care Solutions. With prior executive experience as Director of Finance at Nordis Technologies and Vice President of Finance at Welcome Wagon, Patrick has a proven track record of guiding financial operations, improving processes, and driving strategic growth. As a Certified Public Accountant, Patrick’s depth of expertise and operational insight play a vital role in supporting EvAl’s mission of delivering exceptional home health care.
Jennifer Summers serves as the Client Experience Director at EvAl Home Health Solutions, where she leads with a deep commitment to compassionate care and outstanding service throughout Florida. With a background spanning over two decades in client engagement, recruitment, and operations, Jennifer brings a dynamic blend of strategic communication and people-centered leadership to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of South Florida and is based in the Boca Raton, Florida area.
